Practicing gratitude can be so powerful and play a tremendous role on both how you live your life and how much fulfillment you get out of it. I recently wrote some posts about how to practice gratitude & the benefits, aswell as how to start a gratitude journal (be sure to check those out!), and I thought, what a great idea it would be to add a 30-days of gratitude journal prompts exercise to go with them!
Whether you’re new to gratitude journaling or have been doing it for a while, it’s such a great practice to have in your life. Aside from some of the bigger subjects of life, like relationships, health etc you may feel a little stuck at times on what else to feel grateful for. That’s where journal prompts come in and can be very helpful to widening our minds and perspectives.
We sometimes get so caught up in a fast-paced world that we don’t slow down to enjoy the taste of a coffee or breathe in the cool fresh air. When we begin to take notice in those “simpler” things, our perspective and outlook transform and our sense of gratitude and appreciation for life becomes more clear. That is the power of practicing gratitude.
